Pricing questions
Is it priced per user?
No. Each plan is one flat price for your organisation, up to its user limit. Only Business charges for extra users, at £2 each per month above 75.
What counts as an AI action?
One request to the AI assistant: generating, summarising, outlining or rewriting content. Your allowance resets every month. Business includes 5,000 a month under fair use.
What if we outgrow our plan?
Starter covers up to 10 users and Team up to 25. Above that, move up to the next plan. Business covers 75 users and you can add more at £2 each.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get two months free: £240 for Starter, £890 for Team or £1,990 for Business.
Which plan do I need for approvals and read tracking?
Team or Business. They add the approval workflow, periodic reviews, read tracking, fill-in templates and your own branding.
